You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags and packaging materials intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% for certain items.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and keep you updated on the status of your refund.
For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us. Some refunds may be credited to your PayPal balance rather than returned to your original payment method.
